    Abul Hasanat Abdullah is an eminent Bangladeshi journalist and author. He has been a key figure in advancing the cause of journalism in Bangladesh for more than forty years. Abdullah has studentsgroom played a pivotal role in establishing high journalistic standards in Bangladesh, particularly in the fields of investigative reporting, press freedom, and media ethics. Abdullah’s career in journalism began in 1971, when he joined the staff of the Daily Ittefaq, a Bengali-language newspaper.
